Toddy, LLC has an opening for a full-time shipping assistant. Toddy, LLC is an innovative and respected leader in the specialty coffee industry. Position Summary: The ideal candidate will be a motivated and positive person with a "can-do" attitude, who would like to contribute to the success of a growing company. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Pull and prepare daily orders for shipment. Coordinate shipping with FedEx, UPS, LTL, FTL, and international carriers. Assist with receiving deliveries. Assist with chaperoning drivers and other warehouse guests. Assist with special projects. Rotate through all production departments as needed. Education, Experience, and Skills: Warehouse experience is a plus. Able to work 40 hours per week. Able to lift 50+ lbs. and spend much of the day on your feet. Able to work in a physically-challenging production environment with repetitive movements. Able to keep a positive attitude with mundane projects. Experienced as a forklift operator or willing to learn. Able to work independently without instruction but also in a team environment. Excellent communicator via verbal and written communication. Organized and detail-oriented. Proficient in basic math and computer skills. Honest, reliable, and willing to fill a variety of roles. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license and be 18 years of age. Must have a clean driving record.
