You complimented my scarf and asked where I got it, and the moment felt different for a reason I can't put my finger on. I didn't realize until later that I would have loved to ask you out for coffee - either because I'm terrible at making friends and bonding over a pretty scarf is as good an excuse as any to start a friendship, or if you're possibly interested in women. If you can tell me the color of my scarf, where I told you I got it from, and what store we were in - coffee sometime? :) E
