Be Part of a Great Team!! Locally Owned Established and Growing Lawn & Tree Care company is looking for a lawn care technician to add to our growing team. If you have the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service, we have a position for you! Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing lawn care services to residential and/or commercial customers, be able to provide communication to customers and be receptive to guidance and instructions from managers. Lawn and Landscape Experience is not required, instead a desire to work hard, take pride in your work and grow with the team! Applicants must: - have a minimum of a High School Diploma (or GED). - be able to read, write and communicate effectively. - be courteous, responsible, detail oriented. - be clean, neat, and professional in appearance. - have and maintain valid North Carolina Driver License and be insurable. - be able to lift and carry 50lbs and work in various weather conditions. - Work Monday-Friday (Saturdays required during Fall seeding season or if weather prevents prevents work from being completed during the week) This Position is Full Time -Hourly PLUS production & sales commission!! -Overtime as needed -Paid Holidays -Paid Vacation -Competitive compensation including health insurance -Company Match IRA Contributions
