Here's a couple of things to point out: Free speech is fine, unless it causes the harm of people. You're aware you can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater right? Same would be true if you incited a riot. On the 2nd amendment I once again must point out that every time a Dem gets elected POTUS the gun people start screaming "they're coming to take our guns!". And *every* time it doesn't happen.
