The Survey Technician works outdoors as part of a land survey field crew. Entry-level position with a workload of approximately 36 hours per week. The work is fair-weather dependent with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours each week guaranteed. Additional work hours will be made available depending on the workload, training purposes and skills of applicant. The starting salary will be $15.00 per hour worked, with overtime pay at 1.5 times the hourly rate for any work week more than forty (40) hours. The successful applicant must like outdoor work, have some basic math skills, and the ability to work as a team with others. Applicants must have a vehicle to report to job sites. However, vehicle mileage is fully reimbursed at federal rates! Experience with CAD software is preferable, but not required.
