SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. Responsibilities: *Vacuuming *Mopping *Bonneting *Extraction (wet/dry) *Strip & wax floor *Carpet spot removal *Transport equipment, tools and supplies *Move furniture before/after clean *Communicate changes, progress or problem areas Qualifications: Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred A drug test will be required, and must pass a background check Permanent resident card, US Birth Certificate or US Passport required Shift is M-F 5:00PM- 1:30 AM some weekend work available, up to $14.00
