Description
JOB DUTIES Cleans offices, lobby, service level and bathrooms. This includes but is not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies. Maintains the housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion. Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. Maintains open communication with the On Site Management. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Assists with clean-up at community event functions. Performs other duties as assigned. SKILLS. ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE Excellent communication and organizational skills. At least one year of experience of doing similar duties is preferred. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 25 pounds. The working environment is typically inside; however, there may occasionally be work outside. May work non-traditional hours, including evenings or weekends in order to complete work or to attend meetings. Schedule 5 days a week = 40 hours -- off days Tuesday and Wednesday BENEFITS After 90 days health benefits will be offered, as well as dental (dental is company paid).
