I could use a female side kick. A person who is good with people it can be a social place at times. I have a place that could use fixing up in the Arts District. Plus contract work I do that could be managed by the right person. Someone that will turn my work into a business. And remind me to stop playing and work. My executive skills are lacking so I have always depended on a female to handle those things. (Women are just better at some things and sometimes smarter). I am more the hands on artist / mechanical / creative guy. The income would be based on your skill and creativity. All the tools and leads are available to get started. If we clicked you could end up with a business and knowledge you take with you if you wanted to part ways. Not everyone can handle the birthing pains of starting their own business. Start ups can be a lot of work. I live where I work and I play more than I should. It is a plus but not a must if you like deep conversations, play piano, guitar, ride dirt bikes, skate etc. Because you have to have a balance of work, play, and relaxation. I am mainly hoping for someone creative I can trust that also needs a friend and inspiration or a place to stay, but not just a place to stay.
