Help finding a man that was in an car accident

Hi, I was recently in a car accident where a woman hit me from behind forcing me into the fast lane where a man with a young child also hit me. Good thing no one was killed! I'm looking for the gentleman that was driving the Black sierra pickup truck. I'm having the damnest time getting the police report. Very strange. I was wondering if he had gotten a copy of the report yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
