Norflex, Inc, a growing plastics company located in Hudson, WI, has immediate openings for a Night Shift Supervisor. This role will:
--Supervise staff to produce manufactured products, and organize and monitor workflow.
--Accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; plan, monitor, and appraise job results; coach, counsel, and discipline employees; and initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
--Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplish work results, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems, and report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
--Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
--Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
--Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
--Strong supervisory skills with 3 years of management experience.
--Manufacturing experience with some knowledge of the plastics industry.
--Ability to solve problems and delegate tasks.
--Dedication and reliability.
Schedule is 7pm-7am on a 3 day/2 day rotation with every other weekend off. Work only 7 days out of 14 days and get overtime too. Pay starts at $30-$33/hour with benefits.
