About you: Positive outlook, 'can do' attitude and a team player - able to self-direct General plant knowledge/prior or related experience Knowledge of pruning processes for woody plant materials Basic pest/disease identification and remedies Dependable/hard working Good physical condition, manual dexterity, and stamina Able to bend, kneel, walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time during the workday Able to communicate clearly Must have valid driver's license - willing and able to obtain MNDOT Health Certificate to drive company vehicle This is a seasonal FULL-TIME role, mid April through November, Monday - Friday Compensation: Wage based on experience PTO (with seasonal carryover) Small share summer CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) $400 value Discounts at Tangletown Gardens and Wise Acre Eatery Equal Opportunity Employer
