Tierra West MHC LLC is looking for a full time, strong, grounds maintenance team member! As grounds maintenance technician you will be required to see what the community needs, work directly with maintenance supervisor and property manager to maintain the community and to oversee completion of assigned directives on time. Fluent in Spanish and English a plus. Must have your own tools. Must be able to lift 40lbs. Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions. Must be able to stand, walk or kneel for extended periods of time. Must have previous experience with basic landscaping and landscaping tool knowledge. Must have reliable transportation. Basic plumbing experience a big plus. Communicates well and must be respectful towards residents to ensure their satisfaction. Assist in monitoring resident's compliance with community rules while working around community. Applicant must have a valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation.
