Opened in 2000, Gramercy Park Cooperative of Duluth is the most established Senior Living Cooperative in the area. We are currently seeking a full-time day shift Maintenance Technician for our 74-unit senior housing cooperative, Monday through Friday. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance of the common areas, grounds, and individual unit work order requests and is on-call for after-hour maintenance emergencies. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, that is self-motivated, organized, and has good interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications include:
∙ One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
∙ Vocational/technical training preferred
∙ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
