Rehoming Sweet Dog ASAP

This is a bit urgent, and very sad, but I’m having to rehome this beautiful boy, I’m moving out and my grandmother is unable to take care of the dog herself. He’s about a year old and roughly 50-55 pounds (medium sized) and seems to be a blue heeler mix of some sort. Fine with kids and other dogs. He will come with his leash, harness, a bag of his food, and a kennel. He is also neutered, fully vaccinated (up to date) and will come with his papers if needed!
