PacifiCap Properties is seeking a Full-Time Porter/Entry Level Maintenance. For our apartment community located in Reno. Job Responsibilities: Walk the property grounds daily to ensure safety and cleanliness, such as free of litter and pet waste at all times Ensure that the mailrooms, fitness center, and dumpster areas always remain neat and free of litter Promptly notify Property Manager of safety concerns or deficiencies in property appearance Assists with completing resident work orders within 24 hours Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner Remove snow (as applicable) Vacuum interior hallways, empty trash receptacles, replace trash lining (bags), sweep and mops floors, clean windows, dust furniture, clean and stock restrooms Assists with turns, work orders and warranty claims Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of previous experience in a similar position Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation is also required. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be physically fit to stand for longer periods. Must be motivated, efficient, and have the ability to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Will require on-call for afterhours emergencies This position does not require living onsite.
