Seeking IRL musicians local to Sacramento for in-person project

Please pardon any potential off-putting tone in this post. This is intended to be friendly but I know plain text isn't the best way to convey that. That's part of why I prefer speaking with people over texting or e-mailing. I don't use social media, so please don't ask me to check you out on instagram. I don't have an account. Same with everything else. I don't send videos of myself to strangers. I don't think that's ever been a particularly good idea unless you're a SW and I'm not that desperate. I love music gear, but there's so much more to life. Please don't ask for pictures of all my cool stuff. That's really shallow and materialistic. It's honestly the musicians' equivalent of a dicpic. Now that I've scared off the Gen Z people,... Anyone left? I'm a retired semi-pro musician, I guess. I haven't played music with others regularly for quite some time. I've been in various bands as a bassist, drummer, rhythm guitarist, lead guitarist, and lead vocalist. I don't consider myself amazing at anything but pretty good at a lot of things. In the past, I've had a lot of fun in 2-person bands. I like that dynamic when it works out. I've played various rock, shoegaze, metal, stoner / doom, surf, post-rock, post-punk, and more, mostly in my 20's. I'm in my 30's now, and haven't had a steady band for a while. For now, I'm into more experimental / noise / definitely not radio-friendly music. Traditional guitar-driven rock music doesn't do much for me anymore. I'm up for something weird / different. My experience with MIDI, synths, drum machines, etc. is limited. so if you know about that stuff that's cool. Definitely not necessary, though. I want to play original music, not covers. If you already recorded your album and are looking for people to play it live, you're doing things out of order. Please understand that if this is the case, you're asking people to join a tribute band in tribute to your ego and inability to accept criticism. I'm not going to be part of an unpaid backup band nobody's heard of when I've already made hundreds of dollars a night playing covers people know and enjoy. A possible exception might be backing each other's live projects and playing them out live together. That would be different and require reciprocation. If you're a singer looking for a band, no thanks. I'd like bandmates to play musical instruments. Be yourself, and love yourself, but please do so without the use of compelled speech. I don't use neo- or xeno- pronouns because I'm a person with feelings who deserves respect, too, I was here first, I received a perfect score in college English, and you're in no position to make demands. No politics. No gender obsession. No need for flags. Not phobic, just not interested. "Woke" is a past-tense verb, not an adjective. Let's keep it past-tense. All you perpetually offended people need to grow up. There is real slavery on Earth right now. The largest scale genocide since WWII is going on right now and nobody wants to hear about it because they can't grift onto the victimhood. I don't care about wrong history and I can't help made-up dead people so don't start with me because I will expect answers you don't have and I'm not interested in being more narrow-minded. I don't like to spend a lot of time on the computer, so if you'd like to reply to this post, please provide some information in your reply or we have nothing to go on. I'm not interested in pen pals.
