MAINTENANCE - Providence Point (Issaquah, WA) Position: PPUA (Providence Point Umbrella Association) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Porter to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our Providence Point Community, in Issaquah, WA. Resolve conflicts in a professional manner. Ability to communicate. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work alone. High customer service skillset. Ability to lift 50lbs. Maintain a valid driver’s license. Pass drug test. Duties: Learn to maintain indoor pool and spa to ensure proper water chemistry/quality and cleanliness. Assist to maintain four community buildings: touch-up paint, carpentry, trim work, drywall. Assist water leak investigation and cause of loss identification. Assist temporary repairs to building envelope to stop water intrusions. Assist roof preventative maintenance and emergency repairs. Perform gutter cleaning. Assist interior and exterior painting. Exterior pressure washing and moss removal of streets and sidewalk and buildings. Provide snow and ice removal as needed using manual methods. Provide service to remove/replace spacers and or expansion joints. Light changing.
