Description
Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Installation, servicing, troubleshooting and removal of all products
Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility
Operate a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
Conduct training sessions covering use of the device to clients and others.
Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees
Ability to think independently and work through service challenges consistently
Consistently perform weekly inventory audits
Support of internal departments and personnel, assisting as any opportunity presented
Timely submission of required reports and expenses
Management of daily hours, not exceeding set thresholds weekly
Correspondence with management when challenges are presented
Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records
Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and stature
Any other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent telephone skills
Detail oriented
