Our practice room in Ballard is looking for a band to join. The room is located next to the Substation in Ballard. The building is 24-hour access. We share a drum kit The room has a PA. We do not share microphones. There is some storage space, but not enough for drums or large amps. Rent is paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp). There's a big whiteboard. Rent is month to month. Move-in rent is proratable. Move-out requires one month notice. Please email for pricing and availability.
