Found - 4yo German Shepherd and Pittie Puppy

We are holding these two for today but we cannot keep them. The shepherd is classic German shepherd, the puppy is a fawn colored American Staffordshire with a white blaze. We took them down to Summitview Cowiche Vet Clinic - The shepherd is one of their patients and is very well behaved. She is up to date on her shots and chipped. Her name is (or was at one time) Lily and she's 4 years old. They called the number and the guy said he had rehomed her over a year ago but he didn't seem concerned in the least.
