Lawn Mowing & Garden Maintenance ============================ I live in a small end-unit townhouse with a tiny yard and gardens around the perimeter of my property. I need someone to mow the lawn and weed\prune the gardens and trees as needed. When the weather is warm, this would be about 1x per week. When it cools down more, probably slightly less frequently than that. Almost all equipment required to do this work is on-site. Including a lawnmower, pruning sheers, shovels, rakes, gas, etc. If you have more efficient tools, feel free to bring them. In short - I'm looking for a one-stop shop to take care of my outdoor property. And, since all of the equipment needed to do this is on-site, all that is required (for the most part) is time and labor.
