Performs debris removal in Odessa and Midland. Remove and dispose of debris discarded or deposited on or adjacent to the pavement. Debris includes all, but is not limited to, objects not part of the highway facility, such as dead animals, tires, tire fragments, wood, furniture, mattresses, household appliances, and scrap metal. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Equipment - Provide highly visible omni-directional flashing warning lights on work vehicles. Provide equipment that prevents the accumulated debris from being strewn along the roadway during transport.
