We are looking for a full time maintenance manager. We are located in Mt. Morris, Illinois. Job Qualifications: Must have experience in general maintenance Must have reliable transportation Must have valid Driver’s license Must have basic tools Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more Must be able to communicate well with team members and office staff Must have smart phone & basic computer skills – upload photos, send texts/emails via smart phone Responsibilities Include: Performing prompt and quality property maintenance tasks including: lock changes, painting, minor repairs, cleaning to get residence rent ready, year round lawn & yard maintenance, shoveling & plowing.
