Montgomery College has immediate openings for FT Lead Grounds Maintenance Workers. The work schedule is 5 days and 40 hours per week. The hours are 6:00am to 2:30pm. This is a Bargaining, Non-Exempt, grade 17 position. These are designated as Essential positions. Required Qualifications: Eligible applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States and not require employer visa sponsorship High school diploma or GED or the equivalent combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and expertise to perform the essential functions of the job. Three years of hands-on experience in a lead position or as a crew foreman or front line supervisor in commercial professional landscape or grounds maintenance, including knowledge and application of operation and maintenance of lawn equipment, planting and maintenance of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Valid driver’s license required and evidence of a good driving record. Salary Range: $18.80 to $23.50 hourly. Great job with benefits! Apply today!
