CARPENTER / HANDYMAN position

Construction/Remodeling Company specializing in residential additions and renovations located in Arlington, VA is looking for handyman with CARPENTRY, drywall and painting experience. Electrical, plumbing are a plus. Our projects are currently limited to the areas of Arlington and Alexandria, so travel time will be a quick. An ideal candidate should: • Be self-motivated, organized and have at least 5 years of experience with residential projects like: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, etc. • Authorized to work in the U.S., NO EXCEPTIONS! • A strong attention to detail • Have own tools • Have own transportation • Be prompt, yet flexible and capable of working a standard 40 hrs/week (7:30am-4:00pm) • Be willing to undergo a background check Pay is based on experience plus monthly gas allowance.
