House Cleaner/ Cleaning Technician (Independent Contractor) RHC is seeking a Residential house cleaner/cleaning tech!! Job description: **PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE: ALREADY EXPERIENCED AS A HOME CLEANING PROFESSIONAL HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE HAVE YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES ABLE TO PERFORM A COMPENSATED TEST CLEAN DO NOT NEED TRAINING FOR RESIDENTIAL CLEANING RHC is seeking friendly, professional, cleaners to add to our team of Independent Contractors! Our job is to find great house cleaners who can accept jobs in and around Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We then match you with clients who need your qualified cleaning services. Pay structure: Pay is weekly/biweekly and receives 50-62% of the amount paid for each service completed. Why work with RHC? We help you find and retain business. We handle all the customer service, scheduling, payments and billing. All you must do is show up and provide outstanding cleaning services. You keep 100% of the tips you receive. What are we looking for in an Independent Contractor? Someone who takes pride in their work; wants to maintain their own clients, and is looking for work flexibility. Job Requirements: RELEVANT EXPERIENCE MUST BE ON YOUR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED!
