*All new hire employees that stay for a minimum of 90 days will receive a $500 sign on bonus!* FULL TIME: 8pm-5pm - OVERTIME ALLOWED! $15+ per hour guarantee - You will work near downtown Winter Haven FL - We are one of the largest privately owned water treatment companies in Florida and are looking for a positive, full time employee to add to our team. What you will be doing: Incoming Calls Outbound Calls Filing Typing Programs we use: Word Excel Jobber Quickbooks Teletrac (Know other programs? Please embellish!) Benefits: -Private Office -(Full Time) Hourly pay up to and many times over 40 hours per week (Overtime is available for most full time employees -Bonuses based on the sales made by our outside reps (av. bonus is $400-500 per month, you are paid every 2 weeks) -Up to 3 weeks vacation (1, 3, 5 years of employment = 1, 2, 3 weeks vacation) -Health care reimbursement after 6 months ($150 added to your paycheck each month) -401k matched investments after 90 days (up to 4% of your pay will be matched for investments you choose) -Reviews at 90 days and annually -Paid holidays after 90 days -Paid sick and personal days starting as early as 3 months -Opportunity to move up in the organization if qualified Your day will start with coffee if you like (we provide it), then we call folks that requested a free water test and set appointments for the testing technicians (sales reps). They are expecting our call. You get 3 breaks per day. 2 are 15 min. paid breaks, the 3rd is your lunch break. After all of the appointments are set for all reps, you then will be filing, typing / data entry, and anything else needed in our office. We are a team, and need team players. What needs done?
