Looking for a Maintenance Person To Join Our On-site Crew For An Apartment Community in Dickinson, Texas 77539 This person will be handling tenant daily maintenance work orders and tenant move out and make ready for new tenants and rehabbing units. Full time job minimum 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8AM to 5 PM. Be knowledgeable and know how to do: Painting Drywall, tape/float, texture Flooring i.e. ceramic tile, laminate wood, base Doors/Frames/Trim/Hardware Carpentry Trash Haul Off Minor Electrical is a plus Minor Plumbing is a plus Minor HVAC is a plus Generally A Jack Of All Trade Worker Having your own TRUCK is a plus to pick up and haul stuff in or out of the property.
