We specialize in e-commerce order fulfillment and we provide a very high level of specialized customer service. The right candidate must be able to complete everyday tasks and duties including taking inventory, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately. Our ideal Warehouse Associate is a hard-working, outgoing and motivated individual who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and gives a lot of attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Use a forklift and/or pallet jack to move items from storage to shipping area. (We can train as well) -Use a computer to enter items into inventory database. -Sort and help organize inventory. -Work quickly and efficiently -Extremely detail-oriented (this is really important!) -Receive, sort, and store inventory items. -Wrap pallets and prep for pickups Skills and Requirements -Organizational skills -Ability to solve problems on the spot -Must be able to lift 40 lbs. -Clean background check -Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills -Highly dependable We offer... -A great working environment with a ton of upward mobility -Fun coworkers and great managers (we genuinely care about our co-workers and employees) -The chance to be part of a new, very fast-growing business -Opportunities for commission should you want to try sales (not required)
