Own tools preferred Experience in: Most or all Masonry, Brick and Concrete Carpentry-BOTH rough and finish, Plumbing, Electrical Tile work, Interior and Exterior ladder work, Demolition Hardwood/vinyl flooring, installs and refinishing General Maintenance & Cleaning, custodial tasks Seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, - This CAN BECOME A full-time, long term, position if desired.
