Looking to hire for Sprinkler repair and/ Installation

We are a small business located in Livonia, MI that has been around for almost 20 years. We have a few positions available repairing and installing sprinkler systems and some light landscaping work. Service Technician Job requirements include; -A valid driver's license -Work well alone or with 1 other technician -Is comfortable working outdoors all day and can lift and bend without restrictions -Be able to troubleshoot and repair all types of sprinkler systems -Be comfortable communicating with customers and office staff about work that is being done and suggest parts/ features that will help homeowner improve their system -Willing to work possibly 10 or more hours a day during much of the spring thru fall seasons and a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month. *Commission benefits are possible with this position. *Experience is a must although, we are willing to hire the right person to work with and learn from our service techs so they can take over their own route very quickly Installation Crew member -hardworking and able to work well with a group of 3-5 other team members -Experience is not necessary but follows direction and catches on quickly -Must be able to lift and bend to work outdoors all day -Available 5-6 days a week
