WEST HAVEN, CT — Police announced Monday that there is a parking ban "effectively immediately" at the Allingtown Library at 1 Forest Rd. in West Haven. "Please do not park your vehicle in the North lot at this time as it is posted," police wrote in a post on Facebook. "Vehicles found in violation may be subject to fines and removal. Thank you for your cooperation."
