Hey all! I'm a 29 year old female. My style ranges from soul/jazzy/folk/alternative/indie (but I’m interested in trying out music with electronic beats as well). I'm a vocalist, and definitely *not* an instrumentalist. I'm also a lyricist, but I haven't written as much in the last few years. I'm looking for someone in their 20's-40's who wants musical friendships. Ideally someone who is gifted instrumentally, and enjoys the genres listed above ☝️ I'd love to find a friend who would want to write some music together, and do a few covers, using guitar or piano (and electric). But I'm definitely open to hearing about other instrumental ideas paired with my vocals. I'd love to talk about music, share music, write and home-record some stuff. I used to be in a 2 woman band, and we did tons of open mics and gigs back then. That time of my life meant a lot to me. These days I deal with chronic health issues; which give me limitations. It makes it difficult to be reliable in the way of taking on any serious band commitments or gigs etc, as I can't guarantee I'll have the stamina or availability to pull through on my end. On a personal note, I'm a progressive person, and I get along with all kinds of beautiful people! So I heavily welcome and encourage LGBTQ+ & allies to write to me (I myself am Q).
