All Staffing Warehousing Client in Elizabeth is seeking an overnight Operations Supervisor for its Southern New Jersey service center. This role will require a unique candidate who can function in multiple capacities and follow multiple projects through to completion. If interested please call or text Sulia at 215-932-7404 Job Description 2nd Shift $23 - $27 / Hour Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am Rotating Sunday every 4th Sunday of the month 4:00am to 10:00am or 11:00am Day-to-day responsibilities/qualifications are as follows: - Leading and directing company Drivers and IC's with load-out and returns - Reconciling paperwork and BOL's to assure they are complete - Extremely Customer Service oriented - Monitoring / managing Drivers via the operating/dispatch platform - Interacting with customers -- both internal and external at all levels - Geographic knowledge of the NJ,DE and PA area with the capability to dynamically route and schedule deliveries in a manner that makes sense for organization and customers - Technical ability / understanding -- able to teach scanning practices to Driver base Dispatcher has changed to first shift. Monday through Friday 10:am to 6:30 pm with rotating weekends Leading regional transportation and logistics provider is seeking an Administrative/Dispatch Supervisor for its Swedesboro, NJ Service center. This role will require a unique candidate who can function in multiple capacities and follow multiple projects through to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities/qualifications are: - Monitoring / managing drivers via the operating/dispatch platform -- assuring compliance with scanning, entering POD's and predetermined delivery windows - Interacting with customers -- both internal and external at all levels - Basic geographic knowledge of the NJ and PA area with the capability to dynamically route and schedule deliveries in a manner that makes sense for organization and customer - Highly organized and detail oriented - Extremely customer-centric MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS INDUSTRY - Technical ability / understanding - intermediate understanding/knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
