Experienced Building Maintenance Technician or Asst. Building Superintendent (non-union) for maintenance team in new LUXURY RESIDENTIAL HIGH RISE. • Apartment turnovers. • Plumbing: kitchen & bath, common areas; leaks, clogs, fixtures, pipes. • Light Carpentry: sheetrock, painting, floor repair, mount TVs. • Light Electric: light fixtures, outlets, wiring. • Light HVAC: repair/replace water & air equipment in maintenance closets. • Repair or replace doors, locksets. • Light Appliances: identify problems, simple repairs or change outs. • One week rotation per month for night/weekend Emergency Duty. • Have OSHA certifications or our COMPANY CAN PAY FOR COURSES for you to get them. **GREAT PAY for GREAT SKILLS ** • 5 - 10+ years full time as Building Maintenance Tech, Mechanic or Asst. Super in LARGE MODERN residential, commercial building(s), 100+ apartments or offices. • Must live in, or short commute to Jersey City/Hoboken NJ. • US citizen, or legal proof to live & work in the US. Speaks English, ideally Spanish too but not req'd to be considered. We have decades of awards & success in Hudson County NJ.
