Full-time general factory position - Custom Picture Framer

We are a manufacturer of framed artwork, located in Paterson, NJ. We have an immediate opening for a full-time position in our framing area. We are a small family business with 15 employees. We have been in business for over 50 years, and sell our framed artwork to hotels, hospitals and corporate offices. On the job training will be available for any individual hired that has not had previous experience in a picture frame shop. Responsibilities: o Travel with RAO installation team within the US (typically 1-week every other month) o Place glass into frames o Place artwork into frames o Add hanging hardware to frame o Wrap artwork in protective foam o Pack artwork in crates and track which artwork has been packed Requirements (must have) o Proof of COVID-19 vaccination o State issued photo ID (driver’s license) or passport o Ability to get to work on time o Excellent attendance o English speaking o Ability to stand for extended periods of time o Attention to detail o Safe working habits around power tools Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour starting wage depending on skills and past work experience. You will be eligible for annual raises and an annual bonus (up to $1,000). Sick, vacation time, matching 401K and pension.
