PT Working Supervisor - $17/HR - Moonachie NJ The working supervisor must be a professional individual who can work in a detail oriented environment and adhere to established service policies and cleaning procedures. You will work closely with our clients, cleaning crews in the field and internal staff to ensure client satisfaction. 530Pm - to 930PM Flexible schedule - evening hours and weekend hours are required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: Perform on-site inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Proactively communicate with clients and rectify any service issues. Work closely with cleaning crews in the field to ensure the highest quality service. Train crews on a regular basis in the field and office to teach proper cleaning procedures. Utilize internal systems to document client service issues and resolutions. Perform emergency cleaning when needed to fill in for cleaning crews when necessary. Requirements: Must have experience in hospitality/restaurant commercial cleaning, managing cleaning crews and/or performing custodial responsibilities. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and a vehicle. Organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. Experience in floor care (buffing, stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning) is a plus. Multi-lingual in English/Spanish.
