Full time babysitter needed for 18 month

Looking for a full time babysitter for our 18 month daughter. Who we are: Both parents work full time. Mom works from home 50% of the time; dad works from home 100% of the time. Both parents work in their respective offices and away from baby's sleep and play area. Our daughter is healthy and is a very lively baby who loves the park and music. What we are looking for: a full-time babysitter who can commit to at least 6 months with our family. Someone who can work Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM EDT, is punctual, respectful, can keep the baby on her eating/feeding/sleeping schedule, can keep her entertained without TV, and is willing to take her to the nearby park in the morning and afternoon (weather permitting). The baby sleeps for 2 hours in the day and during this time we would like the babysitter to clean up the baby eating/play area. COVID conscious and vaccinated required. Salary per week: $400/week or based on experience.
