rehoming sweetest dog ever

We are needing to rehome our sweet dog, Dolly. I have become disabled and we can no longer give her the love and attention she deserves. She has a heart of gold and is SO gentle with kids and great with other dogs. She knows tricks (sit, lay, shake, speak) and never barks. She is microchipped and spayed. We will include everything she has/needs (toys, dog bed, food, etc.) We have had her about 2 years. The vet said she looks around 8 but she is lively and full of energy. She is about 60-80lbs looks to be pit and lab mix She would do best with an active family or one with a big backyard to run around in. We live in a tiny duplex and she gets pretty restless without good "running around time" in. You will not meet a sweeter dog. No worms or fleas. Her vaccinations expired in Jan - she just stays at home so we haven't bothered to renew them. Asking a $75 rehoming fee and for a kind and loving family. It kills me to have to rehome her but I know we can't take good care of her anymore.
