Please read description before response. For this job you will be getting dirty. The basements are getting cleaned out first tomorrow. Looking for 4 guys tomorrow. Pay will be at the end of the day through cash. Will have printed copies of liability agreement and agreement on pay. I have a couple more jobs scheduled after this as well so this could turn into something more. Pay is 4 hours for 80 cash or 8 hours for 175 You are allowed 45 minutes of rest/break down time. Anytime more than that will come out of your paycheck for the day. This time is meant to take a breather, drink water, eat a snack, or smoke a cigarette. Will have dumpsters, trash cans, brooms, shovels, masks. You must wear steel toes or boots or you will not be allowed to work. If you are more than 30 minutes late from the time you text me you will not be allowed to work. You must be able to communicate and listen to direction. Respect of everyone on the job site is a must. Any recognition of disrespectful language, demeanor, attitude you will be asked to leave and will be paid for the time you spent. This job is dirty but once we are done it will look great. I’m looking for guys that take pride in their work.
