7th Annual Award Show looking for Volunteers

Hey ATL, This year's show is returning to Atlanta, GA and we’re looking for an elite group of amazing volunteers! The communications team is looking for talented seasoned and aspiring communications professionals to volunteer in various areas of our PR operation. We are looking to fill our various volunteer roles with local pros and students who have backgrounds or interest in public relations, journalism, marketing and events. Some of the roles and responsibilities include: pre-show preparation, social media engagement, administrative support, credentials distribution, press room operations, talent and media escorts, and media check-in. If you are a professional, recent graduate or student and have relevant background, with an interest in volunteering, please reply to this posting via email. Your email should include first and last name, email address, resume, social media contact info or headshot and best phone number to reach you. Please include the days and hours of availability during May 17-19 from 9 am to 10 pm. If you know someone who is interested in volunteering, please forward this email to them as well. Please note a mandatory volunteer orientation will be held on Tuesday, May 17 at 7pm. Everyone must attend to volunteer for the show. Please note there is a small stipend to cover gas, parking is free and we feed and provide great snack for all of our lovely event assistant. Also, this is a great way to add excellent award experience to your resume.
