Description
Looking for a full time maintenance person to complete work orders, and get units ready for move in. This person must have some knowledge of all areas of maintenance, such as painting, cleaning, plumbing, general repairs, some electrical knowledge, HVAC knowledge.
EPA OR CPO certified is preferred but not required at this point but having knowledge of pool care and HVAC systems is a huge pay increase.
This is a full time position and can required after hours and weekend work as well. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and be able to think outside the box to get things done when needed. The normal hours are Monday - Friday and from 8-5, but will be required to answer after hours calls in some cases.
