Looking for jazz/fusion/funk guitarist

We are a drummer, keyboardist and bassist who play together in a fusion/prog/funk jam band and are now looking for a guitarist to join us...our current guitarist is moving out of town. We enjoy learning tunes together and playing for the musical joy and technical challenge-not for gigging out. We all have day jobs and families, and we hope to continue meeting up on a regular basis at a local studio for practice and camaraderie. We play tunes by Metheny, Cobham, Chick Corea, Oz Noy, Tony Williams, Scofield, Jeff Beck, Soulive, Mahavishnu, Lettuce, Phish, the Meters, and some standards etc... and are looking for continued musical exploration. We are in our early 50's by the way.
