Handyman for shopping centers.
• Compensation: $17.00/hour + overtime and benefits.
• $500 sign-on bonus paid: $200.00 first payroll and $250.00 after 90 days of employment.
• Schedule: M-F 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Assist Facilities Manager with maintaining buildings and grounds.
General maintenance duties: replace light bulbs/lamps/ballasts, patching walls, painting, drywall work, stucco patching, carpentry, plumbing, unclog toilets, change toilet kits, irrigation repairs, HVAC maintenance, electrical circuits, install doors and paneling, assemble furniture, change locks/keys, ability to check roofs for blistering/signs of leaks, gutter cleaning/maintenance, required to go up ladder, cleaning vacancies and hurricane preparedness.
Positions Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience
• Experience working with hand tools and electrical tools
• Strong communication skills
