Found pink and gray bicycle

This bike was left in my yard about a week ago. I thought one of the neighborhood kids had left it, but no one has come for it and there is still a closed padlock on the wheel/chain, so it looks like it was stolen and dumped here. Hoping to find its rightful owner! The bike is pink and gray, brand Nishiki.
