Local independent school looking for two full-time Facilities Technicians. Under the direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager; performs, is responsible for, and oversees the care, maintenance, and efficient operation of all facilities and grounds associated with school operations and events. This position works with internal and external groups to accomplish various jobs that may be associated with events and activities on and off campus, and possibly works overtime, weekends, and holidays, when necessary. We are looking for dynamic self-starters that are customer service driven. This position's typical work hours will be 6:00 am - 2:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with alternating weekend shifts. Strong demonstrated work experience in interior and exterior repair and maintenance is required, as is the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time along with standing, stooping, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, pushing carts, and lifting up to 85 lbs.
