1. To complete the required training courses before November 1st 2. Returning call(s) in a timely manner (with-in 24 hrs. of receiving the call(s)) 3. Ability to take direction from the operations manager and execute on stated objectives 4. Lead the crews while in the district yard in conjunction with your operation manager or area manager to work in a ‘team approach’ during all facets of your role 5. To understand and be committed to providing services that meets and exceeds the company standards 6. Understand, follow, & enforce follow company policies and standard operating procedures 7. To ensure that all safety policies are enforced with regards to all company operations. 8. To complete all required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner 9. It is mandatory to attend and participate in all snow operations meetings, employee training sessions, and conference calls The Yard Forman is responsible for over-seeing the district yard assigned to them including but not limited to the management of salt/plow operators and walk crews while in the district yard to facilitate the completion of the work in an efficient and timely manner.
