QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge and understanding of snow plowing & removal operations. • Knowledge and understanding of operation of a skid steer (helpful but not required ) • Knowledge and understanding of the operation of a salt truck • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions • Must be available on a 24/7 basis. • Must provide proof of unexpired Michigan's driver’s license • Have 2+ seasons of commercial plow experience ****CDL Class A license required for certain trucks ****
