WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in his home town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 15, Benjamin Febus, of West Haven, purchased a $100,000 CASHWORD 10 ticket from the Liquor King in West Haven and won $10,000.
