WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $12,500 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On December 18, Lytton Moore, of West Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the DePalma Petroleum & Mini Mart in West Haven and won $12,500.
